啊!What a small world!
Freezed bagle may not popular in HK family’s fridge stock, but rotated stock is good for switching new ideas.
Today I did a new try, homemade with snowdonia smoked mature chedder which I found in Aeon Supermarket another day, I was chit chat a long while with the promotor as she was asking me how I can have the cheeses stored well in home’s refrigerator, that’s a most popular question to her from local people during buy-hesitation. She told me her son loves cheeses but never tried to buy such a big cake of cheese even he is now staying alone in London. Chat politely and not to comment any too much beyond the gossip is better courtesy, I told her to encourage her boy more experiences. That’s no harm to check on a moldy cheese anyway (dark aunt mode). Certainly she sold me the fixed price HK$99/200g cake; no discount. And I checked the price online in UK just £4.50… Let’s see if I could find it in Kobe and finally how much selling there.
The bagel is make with cherry tomato, (slighly cooked) mushroom, salami sausage and pickled a thin slide; some veggies.
